TAKE ACTION to bring common sense regulations to Short Term Rentals and improve quality of life in Arizona!
MOST IMPORTANT – CONTACT YOUR LEGISLATORS!! –Tell them to “FIX 1350!” The problem is at the state level, the solution needs to be at the state level. Tell your State Senator and 2 Representatives to:
- Bring single family zoning and limits on occupancy back to the local level
- Allow local communities to regulate STRs according to their own needs and standards.
- Define rentals of less than 30 days “commercial” unless its the primary residence of the “host”.
