There is no money but enormous value in restoring the integrity of our neighborhoods.
We are a group of concerned citizens from Flagstaff, Sedona, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson and all across Arizona that have been affected by SB1350 and Short Term Rentals in our residential neighborhoods. We are all volunteers, not a “special interest” of any kind, just Arizona homeowners and residents, Moms and Dads, schoolteachers and retirees, regular folks whose lives and neighborhoods have been disrupted and degraded by the invasion of Short Term Rentals and their transient guests.
We support true Home Sharing in a primary residence and STRs in commercially zoned areas. However, investor owned Whole House STRs, commercial hotel operations with no on site management, simply do not belong in residential areas.
We are working to restore the peace and safety of Single Family Residential neighborhoods in Arizona and welcome others to join these efforts.
